Message from Ryan Jeffreys, President

The Executive Team

Ryan Jeffreys

As one of the Carolina Core Machine founders, Ryan has over 17 years experience in the manufacturing of precision-machined parts. Ryan started his machining career at the age of 19. In 2005 Ryan started working for one of the best machine shops on the east coast, in Whitsett, NC. Starting out as a machine operator he quickly progressed to setup technician, team leader, plant manager, and eventually Chief Operating Officer and partner. He helped grow the company from 5 million in sales to 55 million in sales during his 16 year career there. Ryan and the company mutually decided to part ways in 2021. As one of the partners of Carolina Core Machine, Ryan is responsible for the day to day operations of the business."

Brent Allen

Brent is a savvy entrepreneur with several small businesses within his current portfolio. His finance education began at Appalachian State University with a degree in Accounting / Finance & Banking. He began his career as a CPA, specializing in complex audits and tax engagements. Brent transitioned from there to become the CFO for two different mid-market organizations in North Carolina. By serving as both an auditor and financial executive, Brent gained a unique insight into the challenges that all businesses face. Brent set out to create a firm that could provide the right resources at the right time so that organizations could meet those challenges head-on and conquer them. Brent has a passion for combining talented teams with the best technology to drive amazing results.

Our Quality department is committed to every process and every step to ensure that CCM meets and exceeds the specifications to build quality into every part.

Certifications
Our QA program is in the process of being certified to the latest revision of AS 9100 with a projected date of October 2022.

Calibration
All measuring tools are calibrated on a schedule and their accuracy is traceable to the National Institute for Standards and Technology.
